Shipping

Medusa Case Shipping Policy:

1. PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If Medusa Case experiences a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You'll be notifuied via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.

2. SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the provided link.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact info@thetrainercourt.com. We will do our best to work with Medusa Case to accommodate changes before your order is shipped.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Medusa Case is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • If you receive your product damaged, please email info@thetrainercourt.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Refunds & Exchanges

Medusa Case Return Policy:

RETURNS

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the case must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure it is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been received by Medusa Case, it will be inspected and you'll be notified of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

  • Medusa Case only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact info@thetrainercourt.com with your order details.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • To start a return, please contact info@thetrainercourt.com with your order number and reason for the return. You'll be provided the necessary instructions and return address.

SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
